Salt Cod (with orange sauce):
Method:
- Soak for 8 hrs (he doesn't mention changing the water but I like to frequently)
- parboil (again, I like to do some water changes... unless you want the fish to end up tasting like MacDonalds french fries)
- flour and fry
- Serve with orange juice and pepper over them (and have mustard in bowls as a condiment on the side)
