This is a compleat re-do of my older sites. Originally the "Living History Cookery Book" from the late 1990's until about 2003, and "The Historic Kitchen" that ran from about 2004 - 2009.
To save time, the few things that are still here are some of the tested recipes, to which I am still adding, and a couple of articles from the "study page". Some old content, such as "Bills of Fare" will continue to be added, as well as some new.
Something very new, that I am looking forward to adding more towards, is the "Medieval Eats" page. This is something new for me as I generally don't write SCA specific articles, the SCA being something I enjoy in my spare time now and then.
Well, off to vacation on Thursday (technically it is already Wednesday), one more day to pack and I'll be back early September!
